Shipping Policy
We aim to make shipping simple, reliable, and transparent — so you know exactly what to expect from checkout to
delivery.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has
shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of
the way.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping
method. Any available promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed before you complete your
purchase.
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays,
or weather conditions. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, our customer support team is
happy to assist.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and
packaging so we can make it right.
Refund Policy
Due to sanitary reasons, all orders are final sale. We don’t accept any exchanges or returns on any of
our jewelry. Once an order is placed, Dazzle By Pari will not be able to make any changes. Please make sure
to order for your appropriate fit.
Once an order is placed, we carefully review, and pack every order in its best possible condition. In an unlikely
case, should you receive an order that doesn’t correspond to your purchase, you must contact us by sending
an email within 24 hours of receiving the order along with images showing everything you have received with
the respective information of each product. We will verify what you send us and resolve the issue promptly.
Once we have verified that the order is wrong, the refund or change will be issued to the affected customer.
The product must not have been used and must be sent with its original packaging. Any damage done after
eceiving an item will not qualify you for a refund.
All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return are to be paid by the buyer, with the exception of
products with manufacturing defect and in the unlikely case where wrong products have been received.
In these exceptional circumstances, the delivery costs will be paid by Dazzle By Pari through Paypal or
bank transfer.

Yes — all of our pieces arrive ready to gift, either in a DBP box or a pouch.
CAN I SEND AN ORDER DIRECTLY AS A GIFT? +
Absolutely — you can ship your order directly to your recipient at checkout. All pieces arrive beautifully packaged (in a DBP box or pouch), and you may include a gift note for a personal touch. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address for your recipient at checkout, as we’re unable to make changes once an order has been processed.
