Orders are processed between Monday to Friday within 1-3 business days.  Orders placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Any orders that are placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. Your order will be shipped once the processing has been completed within the above mentioned timeline.We offer First Class Mail and Priority Mail with UPS and CanadaPost. Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package and destination for delivery. The rates and delivery times will be available at check out for your own selection.

• Domestic Shipping (within Canada): FREE on all orders $100 +
• International Shipping : Select your delivery time + shipping method at check out.
• Pre-Orders: Custom made items will be listed Pre-Order in the product description. Pre-Ordered items will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. Most of the times it can be earlier. This will be listed in product description if applicable.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared "Delivered" by the delivery service. In a rare case, that an item is lost or stolen once it's declared as delivered, the customer will need to file the necessary claim with the delivering carrier. 
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is shipped and is found undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or incomplete/insufficient information; once the item is received back to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to reship the order.

All prices on our site are in CANADIAN  dollars. We do not provide currency conversion, your bank will convert depending on the current rate at the time of your purchase. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Yes, all of our jewelry is hypo-allergenic and good for all skin types.

Due to sanitary reasons, all orders are final sale. We don't accept any exchanges or returns on any of our jewelry. Once an order is placed, Dazzle By Pari will not be able to make any changes. Please make sure to order for your appropriate fit. 

Once an order is placed, we carefully review, and pack every order in its best possible condition. In an unlikely case, should you receive an order that doesn't correspond to your purchase, you must contact us by sending an email to info@dazzlebypari.com within 24 hours of receiving the order along with images showing everything you have received with the respective information of each product. We will verify what you send us and resolve the issue promptly.

Once we have verified that the order is wrong, the refund or change will be issued to the affected customer. The product must not have been used and must be sent with its original packaging. Any damage done after receiving an item will not qualify you for a refund. 

All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return are to be paid by the buyer, with the exception of products with manufacturing defects and in the unlikely case where wrong products have been received. In these exceptional circumstances, the delivery costs will be paid by Dazzle By Pari through Paypal or bank transfer.
